1. How To Track My Order?

Tracking your order is simple!

1. Open the LYTStudio website.
2. Tap the main menu in the top-left corner.
3. Select “Track Your Order”.
4. Fill in the required details, such as your order number and any other requested information.
5. Submit the details to check your order status.

Please ensure that the information you enter is correct. Tracking details may only become available once your order has been dispatched and registered with our courier partner.

2. How Do I Cancel Or Refund My Order?

If you wish to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at lytstudio@outlook.com and include your order number. Cancellation may not be possible once your order has been packed or handed over to the courier.

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please contact us with your order details and supporting photographs where appropriate so we can assist.

Refunds, returns and cancellations are handled in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy and applicable South African consumer protection laws. Please refer to that policy for further details.

LYTStudio currently aims to serve customers across South Africa through our selected courier services. Delivery availability depends on your location, parcel dimensions and the shipping options available at checkout.

Eligible orders may be delivered to your nominated address through our available locker-to-door service. Shipping fees and estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout where available.
